3. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or in your best interests.

4. Deposits, Cancellations & Late Policy

We operate a strict cancellation policy to protect appointment availability:

  • Deposits are non-refundable. They are redeemable against any treatment within 3 months of your initial consultation.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of deposit

  • Arriving late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of your appointment

5. Treatment & Consent

  • A consultation and medical assessment will be carried out prior to treatment

  • You will be required to provide informed consent before any procedure

  • It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and allergies

Failure to provide accurate information may affect your treatment outcome and safety.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change

  • Payment is due at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise

  • We accept card payments only

Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments:

  • Treatments are non-refundable once administered

  • Results cannot be guaranteed

  • Dissatisfaction with results does not entitle you to a refund

We are committed to patient satisfaction and will always offer appropriate review appointments and aftercare support.

8. Aftercare & Responsibility

  • You will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions

  • It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare advice

  • We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance or from treatment performed elsewhere

9. Suitability & Right to Refuse Treatment

Dr Layla Clinic maintains a patient-first, ethical approach.

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate

  • Refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour

  • Delay treatment if medical clearance is required

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Dr Layla Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss

  • We are not responsible for outcomes influenced by factors outside our control, including individual healing responses

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence causing personal injury or death.
